What is an ITM?

Interactive teller machines, or ITMs include all the functions of a standard ATM, with added video and touch screen technology. ITMs provide the ability to interact with a BTC Bank customer service representative in real time at the ATM, allowing you to take care of the majority of your banking needs outside of a traditional branch. BTC Bank ITMs also have extended hours of operation outside of normal business hours. This “branch in a box” experience provides more flexible schedule and location options for customers on the go.

ITMs allow you to interact with a live customer service representative, even when your schedule doesn’t allow you to step into a physical branch location. Whether you need to withdraw cash, or have a more important question, you can receive excellent customer service and complete most banking needs at an ITM.
