About the Role:

  • Receives checks and cash for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement, and enters deposits into computer records.
  • Assist customers with routine account-related requests.
  • Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary.
  • Promotes and explains financial institution services such as consumer and mortgage loans, IRAs, certificate of deposit, safe deposit boxes, traveler’s checks and money orders.

About the Role:

Branch Coordinator:

  • Manages overall operation of branch to ensure efficient and satisfactory implementation of customer services keeping with financial institution policies and procedures, as well as manage and direct branch personnel.
  • Multi-faceted responsibilities range from cash handling and basic transactions to product and service sales, and referrals to other lines of business. Primary skills include key product knowledge, relationship building, customer service and referrals.
  • Provide oversight and direction to branch employees in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.

Loan Officer:

  • Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.
  • Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar area is preferred but not required.
  • Five years sales experience in Residential Mortgage and Secondary Market lending.

About the Role:

  • View all financial institution-wide risk and act as the institution's linchpin for enterprise risk management.
  • Establish the institution’s risk policies and monitor credit risk as well as strategic, operational, compliance, external, financial, IT and security (both data and physical) risk.
  • Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the bank's information security policies, setting procedures and guidelines to ensure that all information systems are functional, secure and safeguarded throughout the bank and are in compliance with privacy, customer trust and information security laws and regulations applicable to financial institutions.
  • Responsible for working with key individuals throughout the organization to develop business cases for new security projects and in the risk assessment of existing and planned information systems.

Role Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, minimum 2+ years of progressive experience in Information Security and banking industry or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent. MBA or MS a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Information Security and banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory bodies, and the regulations and guidance issued by these bodies, overseeing banks, credit unions, and financial services organizations, such as the FDIC, FinCEN and Federal Reserve Board.
  • Strong knowledge of privacy laws, such as GLBA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, NIST, SOX.
