BTC AYBC Launches First Annual Fundraising Campaign
Looking for a meaningful cause to round out your charitable contributions for the tax year? Look no further than BTC Area Youth Benefit Corp. (BTC AYBC). BTC AYBC, a local non-profit organization of BTC Bank, announced today the launch of its first annual fundraising campaign – Funding Futures.
As the ongoing pandemic has limited the ability to host their typical fundraising events in 2020, BTC AYBC hopes to raise $20,000 during the community-wide campaign so they can continue to fulfill financial needs of youth and youth programs in our area.
“Because of the generosity of so many local businesses and community members throughout the years, our non-profit has been able to support various activities and programs that give the young people in our small communities an opportunity to learn and grow, empowering them to become the next generation of strong community leaders,” said Ashley Woody, BTC AYBC Coordinator.
Since 2013, BTC AYBC has donated more than $100,000 to youth within the BTC Bank service areas, providing funding for experiences like Washington Leadership Conference for FFA students, anti-bullying and anti-drug assemblies, Back to School fairs, athletics, youth fishing days with local law enforcement, activities and resources for schools, and so much more.
“We’re really proud to be able to make such an important impact, and we hope that we can continue to help fulfill these valuable experiences and opportunities for kids, even during these unique times,” says Ashley Woody.
BTC AYBC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which makes all donations tax-deductible. Make your donation by December 31 to ensure that it can be deducted in this year’s taxes. Checks payable to BTC Area Youth Benefit Corp. can be mailed to 3606 Miller Street, Bethany, MO 64424.
