On June 12, 2026, BTC Bank acquired Tri-County Trust Company in Glasgow, Missouri and we are excited to welcome you as a valued customer to the BTC Bank family. We are pleased to share important information about the transition to BTC Bank.

Over the weekend of June 26, 2026, your accounts will be converted to the BTC Bank operating systems to complete the transition from Tri- County Trust Company. We are committed to making this process as smooth as possible and are honored to have you as part of the BTC Bank family.

The Glasgow branch location at 103 Commerce Street, in Glasgow, will be closed on Saturday, June 27, 2026, in order to complete the transition process. Beginning Monday, June 29, 2026, the Glasgow branch will reopen and continue operating during their normal business hours. The same
friendly, familiar team you know and trust will continue to serve you at the Glasgow branch. This packet includes important information about what to expect during the transition and outlines any changes that may affect your accounts. Please share this information with any joint owners or
additional signers on your accounts.

  • Over the weekend of June 26, 2026, your Tri-County Trust Company accounts will merge into a corresponding account type at BTC Bank.
  • From 6 PM on June 26, 2026, until 8 AM on June 29, 2026, you will have limited online access to your changing accounts.
  • You will receive your new BTC Bank Debit Card in the mail with activation instructions in the coming weeks. You may begin using your new card on Monday, June 29, 2026, after 8 AM.

  • We will automatically move your account to a similar BTC Bank account. If you wish to take advantage of BTC Bank’s Compass Checking and Savings accounts, please stop in any BTC Bank location to switch your account type.
  • Please visit btcbank.bank or call 1-660-425-7285 for BTC Bank account information.
Yes. In most cases, your deposit and loan account numbers will remain the same at BTC Bank. We will mail information to a small number of customers who will have account number changes.
Yes. Your checking and savings direct deposit – including Social Security payments, payroll and other government payments, automated payments, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and transfers – will continue without interruption.  BTC Bank will send a notice of change to these originators to update your account information.

►   However, to ensure your direct deposits and payments will continue, please contact your employer, Social Security or other originators to inform them of the change to the new BTC Bank routing number 101916307, to be used AFTER June 29, 2026.  You will also want to update all information that is attached to your debit card number as soon as possible.
  • Yes.  You may continue to use your checks with the Tri-County Trust Company name and routing number.
  • The next time you reorder through BTC Bank, your checks will be printed automatically with the bank’s name and routing number.
► If you reorder checks through an outside vendor, please ask us for  a specification sheet. Please note: BTC Bank can offer check ordering at a competitive price over outside vendors.
  • Yes. You can continue to use your existing Tri-County Trust Company debit card and personal identification number (PIN) through June 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
  • You will receive a new card from BTC Bank in the mail with activation instructions and you can begin using that card after 8 AM on June 29, 2026.
  • Your new default daily limit for purchase and withdrawal limits is:   
    • Purchase Limit: $2,000.00
    • ATM Withdrawal: $1,000.00
  • You are welcome to stop in any BTC Bank location beginning June 29, 2026, to instantly receive your new BTC Bank debit card personalized with a school mascot or image of your choice. Choose a card that fits your favorite local school, and we’ll donate 7.5 cents per purchase to that school. View Mascot Card options online to find your school!
► Online Banking
  • Starting on June 29, 2026, please go to btcbank.bank to enroll and access your accounts online.
  • If you are enrolled in Online Banking at Tri-County Trust Company, you will use the same username as before and your temporary password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number.  You will be prompted to change your password when you log in.
  • Or, you may self-enroll by correctly giving your matching name, account number, Social Security Number, phone number, and email address. If you’re unable to self-enroll, select the Contact Us tab on the BTC Bank website and send us an email that you would like to enroll or call (660) 425-7285.
Telephone Banking 
  • You will be able to access BTC Bank’s telephone banking on June 29, 2026, by calling toll-free: 1-877-BTC-BANK or 1-877-282-2265. To register, please follow the prompts and detailed instructions in the automated system. 
Mobile Banking
  • Once you’ve signed up for BTC Bank online banking, you can log into the BTC Bank app on your mobile device by:
    • Downloading the BTC Mobile Banking app
    • Opening the app and logging into your BTC Bank account after installation is complete.
    • Mobile Deposit – Make your deposit using your mobile device. You may enroll in BTC Bank’s mobile deposit through the BTC Mobile Banking app.
  • Yes. There will be no changes to rate or term until maturity.
  • Interest will be calculated and paid in the same manner and on the same schedule as before until maturity.
  • You will be notified of any changes to terms and conditions prior to maturity.
Please note that the overdraft protection account will no longer be associated with your bank account. Effective June 29, 2026, overdraft protection coverage will be removed, and any future overdrafts may be subject to the terms of your account agreement.
  • Your existing loan will continue with no changes until date of maturity.
  • Please make payments to BTC Bank.
  • Payments can be made at your local Glasgow branch of BTC Bank or you can mail payments to 3606 Miller Street, Bethany, MO 64424.
  • Safe deposit box rentals will continue under the existing lease agreements unless you’ve been previously notified.
  • You will be notified of any changes to terms and conditions prior to your renewal date.
On June 29, 2026, the routing transit number for sending and receiving funds by wire transfer will change. Please call BTC Bank Bookkeeping with any Wire Transfer questions at (660) 425-7285.           
  • You will receive a short statement from Tri-County Trust Company as of June 26, 2026. This out-of-cycle statement will reflect transaction activity from your Tri-County Trust Company account through the end of the business day on Friday, June 26, 2026. Your first BTC Bank statement will include transaction activity beginning Monday, June 29, 2026.  Any activity processed over the weekend will reflect on the BTC Bank statement.
  • BTC Bank offers images of your processed checks with your statement at no cost.  Please note that this is for both paper and e-statements.
Deposits at BTC Bank are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to $250,000.00. If you hold accounts with both BTC Bank and Tri-County Trust Company, and your combined balances total more than $250,000.00, it may be possible to provide insurance for your deposits over $250,000.00 by simply altering the manner in which your accounts are titled. Please contact customer service at BTC Bank for assistance in calculating your FDIC Coverage. In the meantime, separate deposit insurance will be in effect on June 29, 2026, and will remain in place until December 29, 2026. In the case of a time deposit, insurance is in effect through your maturity date.
