On April 17, 2026, BTC Bank will acquire The Tipton Latham Bank, N.A. in Tipton and Latham, Missouri. We are excited to welcome you as a valued customer to the BTC Bank family. Both branch locations—800 Highway 50 West in Tipton and 173 Highway E in Latham—will remain open and continue operating with their usual hours.

In June, your accounts will transition to BTC Bank systems. Until that time, no action is needed from you, and you may continue using your accounts as you do today. Additional information will be sent by mail in the coming weeks with details about what to expect and any changes that may affect your accounts.

What is happening?
BTC Bank and Tipton Latham Bank, N.A. have entered into a definitive agreement under which BTC Bank will acquire Tipton Latham Bank. The transaction has received regulatory approval and is scheduled to close on April 17, 2026. 

About BTC Bank
BTC Bank is a community bank headquartered in Bethany, Missouri, with more than 100 years of service and deep roots in rural communities. Following the completion of the acquisition, and with the recent announcement of our Tri-County Bank acquisition, BTC Bank will operate 28 locations throughout Missouri and southern Iowa, along with a mobile branch serving rural communities. The nearest branches to Tipton and Latham are in Bunceton and Prairie Home, with additional nearby locations in Sedalia, Beaman, and Boonville.  
 
Timeline and Key Dates
The acquisition is scheduled to become effective on April 17, 2026. Subsequently, on Monday, April 20, 2026, the Tipton and Latham branches will begin operating as BTC Bank locations.
Your banking information will remain on the Tipton Latham operating system until the consolidation of the two systems takes place over the weekend of June 26, 2026. During this interim period, customers will continue using their Tipton Latham Bank debit cards, checks and online banking services, with no further action needed. The computer system, products, and service integration will occur over the weekend of June 26, 2026. Additional information will be provided prior to these changes.

Staffing and service levels at both the Tipton and Latham branches will remain unchanged.  Customers can expect to interact with the same team members at each location. 
Yes. Customers are welcome to conduct their banking activities at any BTC Bank branch.

All account information and balances will remain on the Tipton Latham Bank operating systems from April 17, 2026 through June 26, 2026.  Customers will receive additional information about your accounts, disclosures, and how to access BTC Bank Systems prior to the merger of the two bank operating systems on June 29, 2026. 
At this time, there will be no change to your Tipton Latham Bank accounts.  You will continue to maintain the same account benefits, access points, and statement dates. 
No.  Your account number(s) will not be changing at this time.  If changes are needed, you will receive advance notification, and we will assist you through the process.  
Yes. There is no need to change your Social Security Deposits, direct deposits or direct debits at this time.  If you are establishing a new direct deposit or direct debit transaction after June 26, 2026, please be sure to use the BTC Bank routing number: 101916307.  BTC Bank will issue Notifications of Change (NOCs) to notify companies that ACH transactions must use BTC Bank’s routing number beginning on June 29, 2026.  
You may continue to use your existing checks and deposit tickets even though they display the Tipton Latham Bank logo and routing number.  They will continue to process normally.  When you have depleted your supply of checks or deposit slips, please call or stop by your local BTC Bank branch to place an order. 
At this time, you may continue to use your existing Tipton Latham bank debit card. This card will remain active through Sunday, June 28, 2026. Prior to the conversion, new BTC Bank debit cards will be mailed, enabling customers to begin usage on June 29, 2026. After conversion, customers are welcome to visit the branch to update their card design to a Mascot Card or another BTC Bank design at no additional cost.
Existing ATMs and ITMs will remain on the Tipton Latham Bank network through June 29, 2026.  Customers will be able to access their accounts at the Tipton Latham Bank ATMs with no fee. The ATM will be replaced June 29, 2026, to be on the BTC Bank Network.  
Every effort will be made to align existing Tipton Latham Bank products with comparable BTC Bank offerings. BTC Bank will send a letter in May detailing any changes, disclosures and other important information about our products and services.
Customers will continue to use the Tipton Latham Bank website to access their online banking accounts.  
Customers will retain their current usernames. Access information to the BTC Bank online banking system will be provided to you in the May letter.  
Your current Bill Pay account will remain active. More detailed information will be provided in the May letter about future access to the BTC Bank Bill Pay option.
