BTC Bank Opens Loan Production Office in Pocahontas, Arkansas

POCAHONTAS, Ark. — BTC Bank is proud to announce the opening of its newest location in Pocahontas, Arkansas. The office will operate as a loan production office initially, with plans to transition into a full-service branch in the future as the bank continues to invest in the community.

This expansion reflects BTC Bank’s ongoing mission to serve rural communities with local decision-making, strong agricultural expertise, and a commitment to long-term relationships.

“We are excited to bring BTC Bank to Pocahontas,” said Jon Fish, Chief Banking Officer of BTC Bank. “This community is deeply rooted in agriculture and small business, values that align perfectly with who we are as a bank. Starting as a loan production office allows us to build relationships and serve customers immediately, while positioning us for future growth with a full-service location.”

The Pocahontas office will be led by Konnor Mulock, Loan Officer, and Nicole Clark, Loan Processor and Consumer Loan Officer.

Mulock brings nearly a decade of banking experience to BTC Bank, with a strong background in agricultural, commercial, and consumer lending. A graduate of Arkansas State University, Mulock began his career as a teller and advanced through leadership roles, including branch management and lending.

“Pocahontas is home, and I’m excited to bring new opportunities and resources to this community,” said Mulock. “BTC Bank has a strong reputation as a leading agricultural lender, and I look forward to helping local producers, businesses, and families grow.”

Clark joins BTC Bank with experience in loan processing and customer service, having worked closely with commercial and consumer loans. She has recently transitioned into a lending role and is eager to continue expanding her expertise.

“I’m excited to grow both personally and professionally with BTC Bank,” said Clark. “This is a great opportunity to serve the community I grew up in while helping customers navigate their financial goals.”

The Pocahontas loan production office will focus on agricultural, commercial, and consumer lending, supporting the region’s strong farming and poultry industries, as well as local businesses.
BTC Bank is known for its deep roots in agriculture and rural banking, while also emphasizing community involvement - particularly in youth programs and local initiatives.

“Our goal is simple: be a true community partner,” Fish added. “We don’t just open locations. We invest in people, support local growth, and build relationships that last.”
